    IniWrite()

         Writes to disk a configuration file .INI

    Syntax:

         IniWrite( cFile, cAppl ) -> Nil

         cFile : File to create
         cAppl : Aplication name

    Description:

         Creates a file with the existing setup information. The name
         of the application will be placed on the first line of the
         file to be recognized if it would be necessary.

    Return:

         Nothing.

    Example:

         cValue := IniWrite ( "Fast.Ini", "MARKET" )
