    ComOutputS()

         Stuffs a string into the comunications buffer (output str)

    Syntax:

         ComOutputS( cString ) -> Nil

    Description:

         Send a string to the comunications buffer.

         The function brings up to date internally the pointers to the
         transmission buffer to point to the next element.

    Return:

         Nothing.

    Example:

         ComOutputS( "Most people like parties" )
