    ComOutput()

         Stuffs a value into the comunications buffer (output)

    Syntax:

         ComOutput( nValue ) -> Nil

    Description:

         Send a value to the comunications buffer.

         The function brings up to date internally the pointers to the
         transmission buffer to point to the next element.

    Return:

         Nothing.

    Example:

         While ComReady()
           ComOutput( 32 )              // sends blank spaces to the port
         End
