 MouseInRow()
 Return the mouse row of the latest button click.

 Syntax:

     MouseInRow() --> nRow

 Returns:

     MouseInRow() returns a numeric indicating the mouse text row that
     the mouse was on when the latest mouse click.

 Description:

     MouseInRow() is used to find out where the latest mouse was pressed
     on the screen.  The row returned will indicate the text location
     not the pixel location.

 Example:


 Files:  Library is MOUSE.LIB.
