 MouseRow()
 Return the current mouse row.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------

 Syntax:

     MouseRow() --> nRow

 Returns:

     MouseRow() returns a numeric indicating the current mouse text row.

 Description:

     MouseRow() is used to find out where the mouse is on the screen.
     This function is more useful when used in a polling loop.
     The row returned will indicate the text location not the
     pixel location.


 Files:  Library is MOUSE.LIB.
