 MouseHotRow()
 Return the pixel row of the mouse hot spot.

 Syntax:

     MouseHotRow() --> nRow

 Returns:

     MouseHotRow() returns a numeric indicating the current mouse
     hot spot pixel row.

 Description:

     MouseHotRow() is used to find out where the mouse is on the screen.
     This function is more useful when used in a polling loop.  The row
     returned will indicate the pixel location not the text location.


 Files:  Library is MOUSE.LIB.
