 SetShadow()
 Get or set the global shadowing flag.

 Syntax:

     SetShadow( [<lNewShadow>] ) --> <lShadow>

 Returns:

     SetShadow() returns the system value for shadowing prior to calling
     itself.  If a new value (<lNewShadow>) is passed it will set the global
     value to it.


 Files:  Library is CUACLIP.LIB, header file is Inkey.ch and CUACLIP.CH.
