1 Preparations
1.1 Files to Deliver
General File Properties
It must be verified that all files (executables, source code, manuals and other documents)...
- ...have the supposed access mode.
- ...have the supposed version.
- ...have the supposed copyright notices.
The verification shall be done according to the User Manual (see [SAIDA 96-2] and [SAIDA 96-3]).
Documents
The following documents must be created:
- Installation manual.
The Delivery Manager is responsible for this document.
- User manual.
The individual development teams are responsible for this document.
- Solution decision document.
The individual development teams are responsible for this document.
- Feature description document.
The individual development teams are responsible for this document.
- Delivery approval document (i.e. Test Specification - see [SAIDA 96-4] and [SAIDA 96-5]).

1.3 Installation Script
To prevent the occurance of human errors when installing the software to be delivered, only a simple script shall be run to make the full installation.

- Verify that all the required files were installed according to the User Manual (see [SAIDA 96-2] and [SAIDA 96-3]).

- Validation of the delivery shall be made according to contract.
