The Netscape Now button is a proprietary logo of Netscape, contains Netscape trademarks, and may be used only with the permission of Netscape. Use of the Netscape Now button acknowledges Netscape's ownership of the button and the trademarks and shall not create any right, title, or interest in or to the button or the trademarks. All use of or goodwill associated with the button and trademarks shall inure to the benefit of Netscape.
