This program is designed to assist you in shopping for a new car and avoiding the time and hassle often associated with such a purchase. CarPoint's online car-buying solution is not a brokering service, but is designed to provide you with prompt and easy access to Auto-By-Tel's well-established online buying program. The actual buying program available through CarPoint is provided to you by ABT through its network of Subscribing New Car Franchise Dealers. Purchase of any new vehicle may be subject to price and availability from the ABT Subscribing Dealer. Any purchase of a new vehicle through the ABT buying program will be governed by the terms of your agreement with ABT and/or the ABT Subscribing Dealer. Microsoft makes no representations or warranties regarding ABT's buying program or the ABT Subscribing Dealers.
