28.8k = 3.6k sec
56.6k = 5.5k sec
128k = 16k sec
These are the MAXIMUM speeds the connection will do - you can multiply these times by a factor of 2 during peak periods, or due to line noise.

Remember that a large image can be 120k or bigger - so if you have many images on a site (especially the shopping basket page) you may be looking at very long load times. You must also realise that the time it takes to upload your site to our servers is determined by the size of your ENTIRE site - every graphic on every page.
