SurfSaver is integrated with your browser... so getting started is a breeze. Simply start your browser and then activate SurfSaver to save or search your pages.

Starting SurfSaver from Internet Explorer 4.0 or higher

There are two ways to start SurfSaver from Microsoft Internet Explorer.

1. USING THE EXPLORER BAR

Click on the SurfSaver button in the Internet Explorer tool bar (if the button does not appear choose VIEW - EXPLORER BAR - SURFSAVER). This turns on the SurfSaver Explorer Bar. 

You can choose any of the SurfSaver commands (Save, Search, or Quicksave) from the Explorer bar. 

2. USING THE RIGHT CLICK MENU 

   Place the mouse cursor anywhere on the Web page, and press the RIGHT mouse button. A popup menu appears. Choose the SurfSaver command you require: Save, Search or QuickSave.

Starting SurfSaver from Netscape 4.0 or higher

Click on the SurfSaver button in the Personal Toolbar

If you have the Personal Toolbar turned off, you can start SurfSaver by choosing Bookmarks and selecting the SurfSaver bookmark.



Choose the SurfSaver command you require: Save, Search or QuickSave.
