ABBYY Fine Reader 5 for Mac

There are unreadable signs instead of all or some letters in FineReader editors 

If the FineReader text window does not display characters correctly (i.e. there are unreadable signs instead of all or some letters), it means that your current font does not support your recognition language alphabet in full. Select a font that supports your entire recognition set on the Fonts tab (Edit:Preferences) and recognize the document again.
