In this window you can create new file of specified type (then change and save :). You can create image of several types: text file, binary file and image. After you select your type and attributes of it, you can create it using button OK.

Warning: File, that you create must you save before program exits, otherwise you lose it's contents forever. However, program prompts before it exits if it's set to prompt.

Graphics file	X	Horizontal size of image in pixels
	Y	Vertical size of image in pixels
	BPP	Bit count of image. Standard BPP is 24, it's best choise to set BPP to this value. More informations can you get here.
Binary files	without settings
