The STANDARD TM SEARCH is a usual trade mark search for finding out identical and mistakable, filed and registered trade marks being effective in the territory of the Czech Republic (national and international). This type of search does not include any legal standpoint concerning the qualification of the trade mark to be registered and/or the interference in rights of third persons and/or the legal situation of documents. (The legal standpoint is included only in the search COMPLETE.)

The result of the search as well as individual excerpts of found relevant trade marks, eventually applications of trade marks, shall be sent to you.

For the result of the search to meet your needs as well as possible, it is necessary that you may pay attention to information filled in the form by you. An incomplete, inexact or missing entry information may cause a delay or an incomplete search.

If a combined designation (word + picture/illustration, word element in a graphic arrangement) or only a picture one is the subject of the search, send us, please, the picture by means of facsimile or by mail.

You may select whether you want to send your order by means of an ON LINE form, or by means of a FACSIMILE. Of course, if it is more convenient for you to send your order by mail or to agree on a personal meeting, it is possible.
