VS_CfgFile()         Returns the name of the current Config file

Description:

  VS_CfgFile() returns the name of the current "config" color that
  VERNSIX5.LIB uses to store the color settings, etc.

Syntax:     

  c_FileName = VS_CfgFile()

Pass:       

  Nothing

Return:     

  c_FileName is a character expression that will contain the
  filename base of the config file.

Notes:      

  No extension is returned!

Example:    

  ? VS_CfgFile()
