You can set a DOS environment variable to override the default
path for the HELP files. i.e. To override the default directory
as being the directory from which to open the HELP files....
C:\> SET HELP=C:\NEWPATH\
(The use of the trailing backslash is extremely important.)
Using environment variables can make a big difference for users on
a network, etc. who have the possibility of having different paths, etc.
