Modifying a Group

This page enables you to modify a Group entry in your address book.

 

To get to this page first select the tab to show the Address Book page. Then click on the group that you want to modify.

To change the Group name for the group

  1. Enter the new name in the Group name field.

  2. click the button to update the entry.

To create a new entry

  1. Enter an email address in the Address field

  2. Click the button to add the address to the Group list.

  3. Repeat steps 2 and 3 until you have added all of the addresses you want to add.

  4. click the button to update the entry.

To delete addresses from the group

  1. Click on the entry in the list to highlight it.

  2. Click the button to the left of the list to delete the entry.

  3. Repeat the previous steps until you have removed all of the addresses you want to remove.

  4. click the button to update the entry.

 

You can make multiple modifications to the entry before clicking the button to update the entry. This means that you can rename the group and add a new entry before having to click the button. The page returns to the Address Book page with the modified entry listed under the Group heading
