Error reading mirror information on ALL drives.  Run PREPARE.

        Occurs on:  SFT II and TTS.  This is an Abend error.

        Meaning:  This error occurs on bootup and indicates that the
                  mirror information written on sector 14 of each drive
                  could not be correctly read on any of the drives.

        Cause:  This error can be caused by invalid information written
                on the drives.  It could also be caused by bad drives,
                controllers, Disk Coprocessor boards, cables, or a
                combination of the above.

        Solution:  Run the PREPARE utility and re-setup the disk
                   mirroring on all drives.  If further problems are
                   encountered, check the drives, controllers, Disk
                   Coprocessor boards, and cables.  Repair or replace
                   any that are bad and then re-setup disk mirroring
                   with the PREPARE utility.
