Error attempting to open the file.

Occurs on:  68, 86, and 286.  This is a spooler error.

Meaning:  This message will be PRINTED (on a printer, not on the server
          console) along with a banner page if the print spooler cannot
          open the file to be printed when it attempts to send the file
          to the printer.  This is not a fatal error.

Cause:  This error usually occurs because the file is locked for use by
        some station when the printer attempts to open it.

Solution:  Send the report to the spooler again and keep all
           workstations from accessing the file until after it prints.
