Title: IBM PERSONAL SYSTEM/2 UTILITY PROGRAM

THIS BULLETIN PROVIDES FURTHER INFORMATION RELATING TO
TECHNICAL BULLETIN #201

If the warning message below appears while running the
reference diskette on an IBM Personal System/2 Model 50 or
60 with the MFM controller as a NetWare 2.0a file server, a
fix, supplied by Novell, Inc., will need to be run.

"Automatic configuration could not find the fixed disk type
or the fixed disk type did not match the configuration.
Select view configuration from the set configuration menu to
see how the fixed disk is configured."

The new utility program to fix this problem is available
from NetWire or LANSWER as "PS2FIX.ARC." This utility will
rewrite the fixed disk type to the hard drive. It should be
run after the network installation is completed before the
file server is booted. As a precaution, a backup should be
performed prior to running the program.
