This book presents messages supplied with OpenDoc
This book is intended for persons who design and develop products running the OpenDoc architecture. It provides messages and codes that could be produced during the course of developing applications to run in an OpenDoc environment.
This document contains three sections. Developers can use this document as a reference to look up specific codes or messages produced while developing an OpenDoc application. The following information describes the type of information that can be found in each section of the document:
Provides information about creating a log file, starting logging in real time, suppressing pop-up message boxes, and defining new messages.
Lists OpenDoc codes and messages in alphabetic and numeric order. Each message includes the text of the message, the severity of the message, a description of the message, and actions you can take.
Provides hints and tips to help you diagnose OpenDoc problems.
Throughout this library of documents, the following conventions distinguish the different elements of text:
plain text | Function names, structure names, data types names, enumerated types, and constant names. |
