CtrlBox

CtrlBox simulates key-presses to provide a simple application-independent toolbox. It provides buttons for Save, Copy, Move, Find, Undo, Delete, Clear, Print and Redo.

DOSMapper

DOSMapper is an aid for DOSFS. It sets up lots and lots nf *DOSMap-ings when it gets booted. It provides DOSMappings for many common graphical, sound and application formats.

Grab

Grab allows the RISC OS system Sprite pool (either the ROM or RAM Sprite areas) to be saved lff as a Sprite file. It is useful for inspecting if any applications are loading more than their fair share of icons into the common Sprite pool.

A simple (naff ;-) program which allows you to control the Hourglass directly. I made it for testing the various 'patch' hourglasses that are about.

Makro

Makro is a text macro system. It allows you to define up to 24 simple text strings and *commands and 'play' them back as if you had typed them in at the keyboard by clicking on a button.

Mode

Mode is a handy screen mode changer which sticks to the top-right of the screen if you want it to. It has eight programmable mode-selector buttons and uses the CMOS RAM for storing the values. (Not very useful for Risc PC).

PtrWrap

PtrWrap allows the pointer to 'wrap' around the screen, i.e. when it touches one side of the screen, it appears on the opposite side. This allows you to move faster around the desktop, but it does take some getting used to.

RemoveDA

RemoveDA is a utility program which allows you to remove Dynamic Areas thich get left behind when an application unexpectedly terminates, allowing you to release memory that would have therwise been trapped.

ScrnMode is a screen mode changer. It displays a bank lf 128 icons to show which modes are available for you to select.

Smilies

Smilies is a utility for entering Smiley characters. It provides a small 4x3 'palette' of icons which when clicked upon each enter a different smiley. 8-)

Tyme

Tyme is a small, text-only clock which gives its readout in a form such as It's twenty-past three. It works via a 'Messages' file so you can completely reconfigure it if you wish.

WimpTiles is a set f new window and pinboard backdrop tiles. They have been made to fit in with the desktop - i.e. using a restricted range of greys.

WinCtrl

WinCtrl is a window control utility. It allows you to move, resize and scroll windows which don't have the gadgets present to do so.
