In summary, the working group was fairly successful. We were able to come to a sufficient understanding of the case example on the first day. Over the remaining day and a half we characterized many of the essential elements of a reuse plan. With that in hand we evaluated the current reuse practices regarding Customer/1. Finally, we made a series of concrete recommendations on how to improve these reuse practices. In general, I believe (and I hope the other members of the working group agree) that we learned a lot working with a real-world example, much of which is generally applicable to situations well beyond the scope of this particular example.
