Reuse Planning

An important function of the planning activity in Figure is to define a reuse strategy and plan for its implementation within the organization that is undertaking a reuse program. A second function is to implement the strategy in plans and processes for a specific project. A related function is to measure and evolve the process for executing the plans. Note that many of the planning activities and products are appropriate at both the organizational and specific project levels.
