The MidLink 1 Buoy
On January 9, 1996, the crew of the NOAA vessel, Malcolm Baldrige, launched a new buoy named for MidLink Magazine. This buoy is called the MidLink 1, and it is also named for Ligon GT and Discovery Middle Schools.
