BankIt -- GenBank Submissions by WWW

BankIt allows you to use the World Wide Web (WWW) to submit sequences to GenBank. You can enter sequence information into a form, then revise it or add information about protein coding regions, mRNA features, and structural RNA features.

Are you ready to prepare your GenBank submission?
During the initial phase of BankIt, the GenBank annotation staff will receive your submission and contact you by e-mail with an accession number. Once this phase is completed, BankIt will automatically generate your GenBank accession number and report it to you immediately.
