LONGEST_EXP                  Longest Expression

    TRUE/FALSE. Default == TRUE.  If TRUE longest string matching a regular
    expression is found in:

    patterns
    match operators, '~~' and '!~'
    match function
    gsub function
    sub function
    strim function

    If  FALSE  then  the  first  string  matching the regular expression is
    found.
