El Bolsero de Bullock tiene una mancha blanca grande en las alas y un patrón en negro y anaranjado en la cabeza. Tamaño: 18 cm.; peso: 29-43 g. Audio (M. Oberle). Anida en el oeste de América del Norte. Antiguamente esta ave y la Calandria Migratoria eran tratadas como una misma especie, dada la evidencia limitada que las dos formas se cruzaban en el centro del continente. Obras más antiguas se refieren en inglés a esta disuelta especie como "Northern Oriole". Accidental en Puerto Rico. TAXONOMÍA: PASSERIFORMES; ICTERIDAE |
