This species is similar to WilsonÆs Storm-Petrel, but has longer wings and flies with a jerky flight, like a nighthawk. Length: 18-22 cm.; weight: 45-50 g. It breeds on islands in the North Atlantic, and winters far out at sea, rarely in the Caribbean.
