OVERVIEW: How to Navigate the Shoppers Advantage Interface
To make purchases from Shoppers Advantage, follow these four steps:

SELECT the item(s) you wish to purchase.
To find an item, go to the Departments menu by clicking the
SHOP button. Choose the Department in which you would expect to find
the item. Then, from the specific department list, select the particular
item type you wish to examine. Finally, select an individual model from the
model listing. For example, to select a 19-inch color television, you would
first select "Televisions" from the Departments menu, then
"Color Televisions" from the "Televisions" sub-heading. Next
you would select the option "Screen Size: 18-22 inches" from the
"Features" menu. Finally, select the particular model you are
interested in from the list by clicking either the BRAND NAME of the model
or its MODEL NUMBER.
NOTE: You must be a member of SHOPPERS ADVANTAGE to complete the next
three steps.
- PLACE the item(s) into your Shopping Cart.
To place an item into your Shopping Cart, first select the item by
clicking its NAME or MODEL NUMBER as explained above. Clicking on the
PLACE IN CART button will place the item into your shopping cart. You
can place multiple items into the shopping cart by repeating step one
above. You can view the contents of your shopping cart at any time by
clicking on the CART button at the top of each page.
- GO TO CHECKOUT.
Clicking the GO TO CHECKOUT button on the Shopping Cart page
brings you to the Checkout page from which you will actually make
your purchase. This page summarizes your order, and you can enter special
delivery instructions.
- PURCHASE ITEMS.
Clicking on the PURCHASE ITEMS button on the Checkout page
submits your order and displays a purchase receipt. At this time, your
credit card is charged and your order is processed.

ACCOUNT INFORMATION
- SETTING UP A SHOPPERS ADVANTAGE MEMBERSHIP
To set up a membership with Shoppers Advantage, simply call the toll free
hotline at 1-800-758-9760. Operators will be standing by to take your
call. A yearly membership in Shoppers Advantage is only $49.
- CHANGING your account information
To change any of your account information, simply call the toll free
Shoppers Advantage hotline at 1-800-758-9760. Operators will be standing by
to help you with your account.
* Please note that your shipping address must be the same as your credit
card billing address *
- IF YOU FORGET YOUR ACCOUNT INFORMATION
If you forget your account information, call the Shoppers Advantage toll
free hotline at 1-800-758-9760. Indicate to the operator that you
misplaced/forgot your account information. You will be asked to provide
your credit card information that is on your account.

FINDING PRODUCTS
- SEARCHING FOR AN ITEM
To look for an item, follow the directions given in the overview section on how to SELECT an item. The cross departmental search feature that exists is the model number search on the departments page.
- SEARCHING BY MODEL NUMBER
To search for a product using the model number you must be within the SHOP section on the main departments page. Simply type in the model number and select the enter button to get the information on the product you would like to purchase.
- WHAT IF I CAN NOT FIND A PRODUCT?
Although Shoppers Advantage carries over 250,000 products, there may be a
product that is not currently available. Feel free to contact us with
any requests you have at 1-800-758-9760.

SHOPPING CART
- What is the limit to the number of items that go into a cart?
You can put up to 10 items in your shopping cart.
- How long are items stored in the shopping cart?
Items will stay on your shopping list until you decide to remove them.
- How do I remove an item I had put in my cart?
To remove an item from your shopping cart you must be on the Shopping Cart page. Once you are on that page, click on the
button to the left of the item you wish to discard.

SHIPPING
Items are shipped to the address that is used to set up your Shoppers
Advantage membership. This address is the same as your credit card billing
address.
