The food chain usually operates as follows: Australian chefs discover new dishes and ingredients on overseas jaunts. They introduce their prize in their restaurants. Foraging food journalists introduce it to a wider audience. Someone pops up with a glossy book on the subject. Home cooks demand the product from food outlets or try to grow it themselves. We have now reached the consumer end of the food chain with edible flowers. Hence our edible flower suite.

These days presentation is an integral part of the enjoyment of many things. Ditto with food. A meal without edible flowers seems quite flat once you have started this visual titillation of your dishes.
