EDIBLE FLOWERS

 Flowers have a spicy water cress flavour with nectar in the flower spurs. Add flowers to salads, vinaigrettes, salad oils, pasta, sandwiches, garnishes.

FLOWER COMPANIONS

 Blue Borage flower, Orange Calendula petals and yellow Nasturtium flowers make a colourful tasty garnish.

LEAVES - HEALTH

 Have a warm Watercress flavour and are high in Vitamin C and iron.

CULTIVATION

 Dry! The Alaska variety has no runners. It is a self seeding annual to 35 cm high x 35 cm wide. To produce more flowers fertilize only very lightly.
