Canadians should be glad they live here too (as were ranked by the UN much higher than the US). Some have made ridiculous furiously typed comments about Canada being worse than Russia. Everyone that is whining here should consider that while their using the latest in technology, much of the world's population has yet to make their first phone call. Most of the world's population would be overjoyed to be among the poor in Canada. Just because the rising tide dosen't raise all the ships to the same height dosen't mean we should try and sop the tide. None.
