Corporate doesn't give a rat's ass about anything but the bottom line. We could all drown in the fry vats for all they care. They really have no idea what it is like out there in the stores. Remember the double check promotion for our drive-thrus a few years back? They really didn't understand what a pain that was. You really have to trust yourself and your runner to make a drive-thru work quickly and smoothly. If you do, there shouldn't be any reason to double check ever order. And those stickers were a pain in the ass to put on every bag. That dissapeared because everyone bitched about it enough and corporate had no choice but to listen. They start all of these dumb-ass promotions without really consulting with the people who have to make them work. Then they wonder why the promotions flop.

The corporation needs to listen to the managers, crew, and most importantly the customers if they have any intention of regaining the slice of the great pie of capitolism that they have lost to other fast-food establishments. Changes in the food are in the works. Hopefully for me, my colleages, the crew, and the owners, they will be somewhat successful.

I too would like to see and exectutive tell us about his/her position in the company so that we could hear their side of the story. Any of you out there? If so, please drop us a letter. We would all like to hear from you
.
In conclusion I would just like to say thank you, Quincunx, for your objective and fair responce. I look forward to many more of your postings in the future.

Much love to all,
Joey
