Hey Quin,thanks for the encouragement. I feel like at times I do need it. My employees work hard and I think that I can say I do to. I also know that many of the ones I have worked with over the year have had culinary arts degrees but work in fast food because of the flexible hours. Anyone who thinks that the people who work in this industry are stupid need to come work here for a while and they will see that they are totally wrong. I don't believe Im any kind of unsung hero but I do believe I do deserve respect and so do my employees. Also Quin I was reading that message you linked to and with my company the part-time employees can get benefits and get paid vacations. I am not sure if this is industry standard but i think its pretty cool. Anyways what brings the aboutface?
