And even they knew how to "give the pat on the back" and say thanks!: I don't know Jules, but he sounds like an easy-going person. And he sounds like the good type who "gets his hands dirty" along with the rest of the staff, instead of just sitting on his ass as I acknowledge some managers do.

Thanks for standing up for me Bacon Double. I just need to make one clarification: Jules=Julia. I am a female. Jules is a family nickname and one my friends call me as well. I do try to be a good manager, and I am still learning so I am always open to everyone's suggestions. I also try to be good to my employees. Today (1, Oct, 1997) marks my fourth month as a certified manager. I think I will always will be learning but my curve gets better as I go along. Anyway thanks for the encouraging messages.
