Customer-always-right mentality

Well Mike, you dont even know the full facts and you are judging the employees- just like a well trained "company man". It's because of this sort of mentality that the customers give themselves every right to abuse McD employees. If these employees were allowed by the management to explain and talk to customers to get to the bottom of the matter the situation may have been different. But alas, customer-is-always-right moto is good for publicity so WHO CARES ABOUT THE EMPLOYEES INTEGRITY or whether they are really right or wrong.

I know exactly what KuShuna is saying. And he is right. There are many customers who abuse the position of privilege the companey has granted them and give (specially the front line) staff grief. The worst thing is that you can be disciplined by your manager as well because of the customer complaint whether the complaint is valid or not. So your rights of expression is completely trampled over. So much for the equal opportunity employer!
