How bizarre!!!

It's puzzling that these employees who obviously were doing their job got told
off for it in such a severe way. Some owners posts signs on the walls or doors
telling you how to get ahold of them if you encounter any problems. Next time you witness any problems such as that (or any staff getting nasty with a customer), try to look for that.

It's amazing that all the screw-ups, fart-arounds, whiners, and bragging thieves like Jackie of Canada (who's posted his share here) seem to stay on without getting what they deserve, yet in other places those who do their job get their ass jumped for it.

Even if an employee needs to be corrected, you don't do it in such an unprofessional manner where customers can hear. Its OK to shoot from the hip, and get to the point, though. But use the tone, not the decibal.
