A quibble, perhaps, but facts are facts. Plastic IS organic. Highly refined, super long organic molecules. After all, the main ingredient is oil, which is recycled plant and animal material from circa the age of dinosaurs. On the other hand, if it takes as long for plastic to degrade as it did for the dinosaurs to turn into oil, this is not a good thing.
