As usual, another company that markets to children teams up with the Golden Arched ones (along with Disney, Hasbro etc.) - and this is a company which actually promotes its own products as being helthy to eat!

Tell them you won't buy their products any more - it might help - if enough people did so.

I sent them a letter to their feedback page:

I am ashamed for you.

Kellogs - a company which has actively promoted
cereals as part of a healthy balanced diet is now
promoting McDonalds products along with their own.
In no way can McDonalds be considered part of a
healthy balanced diet - high fat diets cause heart
disease, obesity and cancer, plus many other
problems associated with obesity.

You are sending the wrong message to children,
who are the primary consumers of many of your
products.

Terminate this obnoxius partnership, AND more
importantly, publically state that the arrangement
between Kellogs and McDonalds was a mistake on
your part.

Until you do this I will no longer buy Kellogs
products. Moreover, I will attempt to persuade
freinds and relatives to do the same whenever
opportunity presents itself.

I will also teach my children that Kellogs, like
McDonalds, are evil. Since you insist on taking
advantage of their impressionability in this matter
via your packaging and advertising, I feel justified
in doing the same to oppose you.

Sincerely

(ex-Kellogs customer)
