Complaint Register

As a reference for those who wish to document complaints to McDonald's "Corporate Executives", here's few people listed in their annual reports that you can write. All the following names can be addressed to McDonald's Corporation, Kroc Drive, Oak Brook, Illinois, 60521. Jack Greenberg is "Chairman" of all USA McDonald's; he's the head guy. Reporting to him are five "Regional President"s: Alan Feldman, Northeast; Debra Koenig, Southeast; Kevin Dunn, Great Lakes Area; John Charlesworth, Midwest; and Michael Roberts, West. If you're unsure of which region to write, I'm sure they will forward your compliment/complaint/comment/recommendation to the appropriate region. Finally, McDonald's does have a "Customer Satisfaction Department" headed by Terri Capatosto, 630-623-6198; it appears to be their job to deal entirely with the good, the bad, and the ugly.
