McDonald's Express

trying to find information on the negative aspects of having a McDonalds Express open in your neighborhood i.e. fumes from cooking oils, amount of paper trash that leaves store, double parking and how it effects other food businesses in immediate area (pizza place, deli, etc) any help or website info would be appreciated. thanks..
