First, check your spelling.
Second, if you're aware of the difference in taste, then you must be one of the idiots that have eaten there.
Third, and most importantly, there is nothing wrong with hiring older workers. They don't call in sick all the time like young ones, they show up on time, they work harder, and, they're actually polite to both customers and co-workers. They are from an era when they knew and appreciated what it meant to work. Instead of complaining about them, it would do most young folks well to emulate them.
