just write an actuall letter and look up the address in your yellow pages search of your internet provider. their headquarters is in Oak Brook Il
I happen to like Mcd food and only write when I have specific problems such as long waits at the drive thru or get cold food or rude service. They have both times sent complimentary food vouchers.---yummy
