About services at Mcdonalds

Being a consumer of these products I must reply to what I have read in this section. First there will never be change. Because consumers no matter how bad the service may be they will all ways go back. So their is no pressure for management to make a change.

I own a small business so feel I do have some right to write this. If my company was half as bad as Mc or Taco place I have visited across america, I would not have a business.
