: : I read in one of your other messages that you eat McDonalds' up to three times a day. If this is true then you are probably overconsuming
: : meat by up to six times.

: ACTUALLY I MOSTLY EAT FILET-O-FISH. WHICH CONTAINS 'OMEGA 3'. A SUBSTANCE UNABLE TO BE NATURALLY PRODUCED BY THE BODY. IT AIDS IN DIGESTION AND DOES SOME OTHER WONDERFUL THINGS! THANKS FOR YOUR CONCERN! :)

I just thought I'd like to correct your lies about McDonalds' food being nutritional and all.

There are three types of omega-3 fatty acids -linolenic acid (LNA), eicosapentaeonic acid (EPA) and docasahexaeonic acid (DHA). Fish contain EPA and DHA. BOTH THESE SUBSTANCES CAN BE SYNTHESISED BY THE BODY. LNA in fact, is the one omega-3 acid that the body requires and this is found almost exclusively in PLANTS. Soybeans are a good source. Besides, the deep-frying of fish displaces much of the omega-3 acids anyway, replacing them with harmful saturated fats, causing such hazards as I wrote of in my last post.

Even if the omega-3 in "filet-o'-fish" remained, the grotesque amounts of lard contained in McDonalds food would serve to undo the positve effects that omega-3 has on cardiovascular systems. If this is your staple meal then I suggest you go see a dietician. Or I could save you the trouble by telling you to simply stop eating such crap.

Please consult reputable nutritional journals before propagating mistruths to the effect that McDonalds' is healthy. "Omega-3 Fatty Acids and Health" by Joyce A. Nettleton is a good starting reference for the layman.
