Q, thanks for the "link" to McSpotlight that presents views on the McDonald's bureaucracy. I'm a regular reader of this web page and am familiar with their news and views. However, McSpotlight is only one side of the issue, and it's unfortunate that McDonald's, or any Corporation, doesn't do a better job of presenting their side of the issue. I believe we need balance, both sides, then let the observer make his/her decision. Everything McDonald's does can not be bad, nor can it all be great either.
