sight. I would not have been compelled to read some of these messages if I had not been searching for a response.
Until this misfortunate incident, I had a much higher regard for McDonalds. If the incident is handled appropriately, my respect for the corporation will be even higher. I don't think people realize the contributions that McDs is making, eg. Ronald McDonald house, scholarships, job opportunities
(and of course that awesome NASCAR sponsorship and Bill Elliot).
It is unfortunate that it takes only one negative experience and only one incapable manager to make us forget all of the good that McDs does.
Perhaps since it is these smaller things that matter so much,
a little more money, education, and training should be spent on management and employees.
