Who in the world is Dee Isner? She is obiously not very well aware of foreign substances in McD food. There is more "stuff" in that food than you know, or we will ever find out about.
It would be interesting to see the response if everybody wrote about their horror stories about foreign matter in McD food (the net will choke!) So far we've heard about worms, rat bodies, rodent tails, condoms,............
